A husband and wife in Taiwan were enjoying some rough sex when things went terribly, terribly wrong. The man's wife, age 49, apparently became overcome by a "surge of excitement" and decided to bite her 51-year-old husband's testicle right off. It's fairly safe to say that while many couples enjoy rough sex, biting his testicle off was a bit much, even for the most sexually adventurous of couples.
Call for help. The couple immediately called for help. When the paramedics arrived, the man was holding his testicle in a rice bowl. "I accidentally bit it off," his wife admitted.
Ambulance. The man was rushed by ambulance to the nearest hospital so that he could undergo emergency surgery. His scrotum was sutured. However, his testicle was not reattached.

Danger of infection. His surgeon explained that the danger of infection was too great. He also feared that it would affect the patient's fertility. Tests will have to be run to see if the victim is still fertile, according to the doctor.

Mental illness. The wife reportedly suffers from some sort of mental illness. It is not believed that any charges will be filed against her. She truly bit off her husband's testicle accidentally.
Meanwhile, in Italy. We recently published an article about something similar happening in Italy. In November, after a woman was rejected from a threesome, she wound up biting off her friend's testicle.

In Italy. Of course, in the Italian case, the woman bit off her friend's testicle on purpose. She didn't wind up having to serve any jail time. She also had to pay the victim $700 for his troubles.

Sex injuries are common. Yes, sex injuries are more common than you might think. The most common injuries are back or neck injuries. Nothing too steamy or exciting.

Penile trauma. That said, there is a fair amount of penile trauma. If you land the wrong way on a man's penis, you could literally snap it. Yes, you can hear an audible cracking noise when it happens.

Very true. So, while soft, gentle sex might not be the most exciting kind of sex to have, after reading these horror stories, you might be too frightened altogether to have sex again. It's pretty easy to break a penis. And there's a long recovery period involved, which sounds painful in and of itself.
Sprains and strains. The most common sex injuries sound like an ad for Excedrin. Aches, pains, sprains, strains. Having your testicle bitten off is not in the top 10 most common injury list.
If you pull something, say something! This is sound advice. If you pull a muscle or throw something out while having sex, let your partner know. Don't try to tough it out; this can just make things worse. Perhaps it's a good idea to thoroughly stretch before having sex.

The location. Some places are more dangerous to have sex than others. Take, for example, a moving car. Not a good idea!
Also dangerous. Another dangerous place to have sex is in the shower. Shower sex can be a lot of fun, and it's a favorite location for a lot of couples. However, it's slippery in there, and if you fall the wrong way on tile, you could really get hurt.
Safe sex. This gives safe sex and protecting yourself a whole new meaning. Remember: no testicle biting. No sex in a moving car, and please stretch first. You should be okay.
